a dream stay

kind staff warm water

The staff were AMAZING at every turn, so kind and helpful. the breakfast offered many choices, a very nice start to the day. i found the pool area to be well-kept. The water was warm and inviting. after a day of travel, i enjoyed the jacuzzi bath in the room.

the music from the pub across the street was QUITE loud. it continued late into the night. it was difficult to fall asleep because of it.

The staff provided helpful service throughout the hotel. They were quick to assist with all our requests. check-in was fast and smooth and the team addressed all my needs. this approach created a relaxed visit.

I found the front office staff helpful. they provided seamless service upon arrival. the room was super clean. The bed offered great comfort. the restaurant team provided attentive service each morning and evening. i enjoyed delicious food at every meal. the bar offered a lively atmosphere. Excellent service enhanced the experience.

The room i stayed in felt a bit tight relative to the cost. i also found the steam room not quite hot enough. it would have been nice to have some treats in the room..

the hotel location is PRIME. Breakfast offers a good selection and various choices. I found the room cosy and provided all required amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The floor had a few steps to reach the room. This might present an issue for SOMEONE with reduced mobility.

dismal decor missing gap

The breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold foods. This was satisfactory.

i found the decor to be dark and somewhat dismal. the photos at the entrance to the dining room were not to my taste, and the beans in jars were hardly imaginative. our room's curtains did not fully cover the window, requiring us to request assistance to block out the light, achieved by hanging bed runners over the gap.

decent location some noise issues

convenient car park friendly staff constant noise lack of sleep

the hotel is in the middle of the town surrounded by shops and restaurants i walked to dinner both nights as well as did some shopping the car park across the street was convenient too. the staff were friendly and helpful i found the room to be nice as well.

i was given a room above a nightclub constant noise went through the ceiling until 3am i was not told this would happen. there were no other rooms available to move to i went home tired from lack of sleep

proper parking spot ample explanation marble basin

I found a proper parking spot nearby, so it was helpful. The reception provided explanation regarding their services. The breakfast was plentiful. It was a great experience. The room was clean. It was well organized with a beautiful green marble basin.

I could not take a look at the wellness facilities. I hope to use them next time.
